3-Bedroom Option
2 queen/1 King master suite, 2 full baths including steam shower option is available year round.
$3580/week or $520/night - 4 night minimum
$325 cleaning fee
13.25% tax (4% General Excise + 9.25% Transient Accommodation)

2-Bedroom Option
2 queen, 1 bath option is available with full use of lanai, laundry and grounds as well as outside shower for all months except the following blackout dates; December 21-January 6, Thanksgiving week (Friday prior to Sunday after), Spring Break (varies), and months of July and August.
$3000/week or $490/night - 4 night minimum
$225 Cleaning Fee
13.25% Taxes (4% General Excise + 9.25% Transient Accommodation)
Credit Card deposit held (but not charged) at time of booking in case of incidentals or cancellations.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT -   At the time of booking, a credit card number (visa, MC) is held (but not charged) to reserve your stay. Unless there are cancellations within 60 days of the booking, or incidentals are incurred from your stay, the card is not charged.

Full payment is due sixty (60) days prior to your check-in date. Payment may be made by check, bank transfer, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard).

CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days but before 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit 50% of rental payment. Cancellations made with 30 days of arrival date forfeit the full advance payment.

Located at the end of prestigious Weke Rd., at the Hanalei River mouth and directly across from the Hanalei Pier and Bay (recently voted number one beach in America by MSN News), your multi-million dollar home awaits you. Our incredible 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has everything you need to accommodate up to six people. Come to relax, come to work, come to satisfy your adrenal needs!

The unique floor plan at NamiNori House allows for several accommodation possibilities. The master suite is connected to the rest of the house by a covered breezeway and has
one king-sized bed, a queen-sized pull out sofa sleeper and en-suite bathroom with steam shower. Parents can sleep separately from older children, or use
the master suite for your nanny or in-laws. Two families traveling together can enjoy sleeping privacy, but come together for meals and relaxing in the common areas.

The main portion of the house includes the main living area, kitchen, two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom with whirlpool tub. The laundry
room is independent of both living areas. In low seasons, it is possible to rent NamiNori House as a two-bedroom option. (We lock off the master suite.)
